Welcoming our new Trustee – Rowan Easter

We are delighted to welcome Rowan Easter to the Board of Trustees at Historic Norfolk.

Rowan is a Principal Heritage Consultant at Bidwells, bringing a wealth of professional experience in building surveying, planning and historic building conservation. Rowan's work involves advising on a wide range of projects concerning listed buildings, conservation areas and other heritage assets, including the sensitive adaptation and reuse of historic buildings.

Based in Norfolk, Rowan has a particular interest in the conservation of historic buildings and ensuring that development within their settings is both thoughtful and sensitive. She is also a member of the Historic Churches Committee for the Roman Catholic Diocese of East Anglia, which advises on the care and conservation of historic churches.

Rowan joins us at an exciting time for Historic Norfolk as we look ahead to our 50th anniversary celebrations in 2027. Her professional expertise and passion for our historic environment will be a valuable addition to the Trust as we continue our work to protect, celebrate and share Norfolk's rich heritage.

Please join us in giving Rowan a very warm welcome!
